RACK OVEN CONTROLLER: ESSENTIAL, RELIABLE CONTROL

ROC-E is the cost-effective controller designed for rack ovens in bakeries and pastry shops. Simple and functional, it manages temperature, baking time and steam injection. It includes manual functions, extra baking and extractor activation at the end of baking. The compact, customizable aluminum panel houses 3 LED displays for immediate readings and 8 function keys for intuitive use.
