ELECTRIC DECK OVEN TOUCHSCREEN CONTROLLER: ADVANCED, PRECISE CONTROL
DEOC-TP3 is the touchscreen controller for electric deck ovens designed for bakery professionals who want high performance and operational simplicity. Thanks to its color capacitive interface, it manages structured cycles of up to 10 phases plus preheating and extra baking, with full automatic control of the steam generator, damper and heating elements.
It includes 99 storable programs, automatic start with a weekly calendar, ECO function for optimized consumption, USB backup and cloud connection for remote monitoring. It is available in two versions to suit any oven configuration.

DEOC-3P-TP3
The DEOC-3P-TP3 model is designed to offer complete control of the three main zones of the baking chamber: top, bottom and front. Using a single chamber temperature probe, it cyclically regulates the activation of each heating element based on a configurable working percentage, ensuring customized heat distribution for every recipe.
It includes an advanced energy management system that limits the maximum absorbed load, optimizing consumption and ensuring balanced power delivery across the different decks.
The power board option allows, in addition to direct control of the heating elements, control of the power delivered to 3 distinct areas of both the top and bottom (front, center and rear).
DEOC-2T-TP3
The DEOC-2T-TP3 model is designed for applications that require maximum precision in temperature management. Equipped with two dedicated probes, one for the top and one for the bottom, it allows independent temperature regulation, adapting each cycle to the most complex baking requirements.
It integrates an energy-saving function configurable for each chamber, which lets you set custom working percentages for top and bottom, optimizing heating element use and reducing consumption without compromising the quality of the finished product. It also includes an advanced energy management system that limits the maximum absorbed load, optimizing consumption and ensuring balanced power delivery across the different decks.
The power board option allows, in addition to direct control of the heating elements, control of the power delivered to 3 distinct areas of both the top and bottom (front, center and rear).
