Color IPS touch display with intuitive navigation and a clear layout. All controls are always visible, with real-time graphical display of temperature and humidity.
Automatic cycle
Complete blast chilling management: by time, by chamber temperature or with product probe. Defrost can be set manually or in automatic mode.
Programs
Stores up to 99 custom blast chilling and storage cycles. Each program can be recalled quickly to ensure operational efficiency.
Single or dual chamber
Controls one or two chambers, with the option of setting independent temperatures. The second chamber is dedicated exclusively to storage.
Usb
Backup and restore of recipes, parameters and alarm history, as well as SW updates, via the built-in USB port.
Cloud, internet and Industry 4.0
Native connectivity to the STM-Cloud system for remote monitoring, online support and data analysis. No network configuration required, and it supports Industry 4.0 standards.
