Blast chilling, deep freezing controller
DFC-TP2 is a touch screen electronic controller for Temp cut-down and conservation cabinets with one or two chambers, generally employed in bakeries and pastry shops.
In the first chamber takes place the Temp cut-down and then the conservation phase.
In the second chamber, if present, takes place only the conservation phase.
DFC-TP monitors automatically Temp cut-down, conservation and defrosting on the basis of time, ambient Temp and product Temp. Defrosting can be activated manually. Actual Temps are displayed also graphically.
The product probe can be equipped with a heating resistance to ease the probe extraction.
DFC-TP supervises the door heating resistances.
The controller has on board the Internet connection for the device remote control through a PC, tablet or smartphone and a USB port for data (parameters and programs) back-up and restore.
The user’s interface is a 7” touch colour display to enhance usability. Each piece of information is clear and commands are given with a simple touch of the screen.
