To guarantee our customers the maximum reliability and up to date state of the art in electronics, we are constantly increasing and improving our equipment for project development, production and testing. Principally CAD/CAE Hardware design stations; Software development stations using the most advanced programming techniques (radCASE, UML, Visual STATE, etc.) and languages; full automatic PC-based testing stations for the whole production control (individual reports are kept in our data base for a complete tracking of the products); climate cabinet with temperature range of –10 ÷ 50 ºC, to execute Burn-in cycles for every piece.
We develop analogue and digital electronics based on 8, 16 and 32 bit microprocessors from the main world producers like Intel, Motorola, Texas, Philips, Atmel, etc.
Our project team, which consists of high specialized engineers, is constantly brushing up its knowledge by executing research tasks –see below- in cooperation with the most important Italian universities and research centres.
Therefore we can offer you the whole development of your own product, with the production in small or big quantities (from a hundred to thousands of pieces/year). We design electronics, mechanics, keyboards, etc.
All our procedures are governed by the Total Quality Management System, according to ISO 9001-2008 to assure the best possible results in terms of reliability of the products and processes.
Research
STM Products is also specialised in the execution of research programs in the areas of electronics and mechanics. The company cooperates with the main Italian Universities and research centres, and has been registered in the Italian Research Register since 1988.

The following research programs, financed by the Italian Industry Ministry or by the EEC Commission (CRAFT scheme), were executed with STM acting as partner or as proposer and coordinator: Energy and water saving full automatic doser-mixer for the baking industry; Marine mammals protection device; Remote diagnosis and maintenance system for microprocessor controls; Rheologic sensor for baking industry; Tourism data collection and management system.
